Abstract

SISTEMA MANIPULADOR DE PRODUTO DE LAMINADOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema manipulador de produto que compreende uma estrutura de suporte definindo um par de primeiros canais invertidos estacionários com lados abertos voltando-se para baixo. Pelo menos um tambor cilíndrico é interposto entre cada um dos ditos primeiros canais e um receptor adjacente. Os tambores são giráveis em torno de seus eixos, com suas superfícies dispostas para fechar os lados abertos dos respectivos primeiros canais. As superfícies de tambor são interrompidas pelos segundos canais, com os primeiros e segundos canais e os eixos de tambor sendo dispostos em uma relação paralela. Os sucessivos pedaços de produto são alternativamente enviados longitudinalmente para um e então outro dos primeiros canais. Os tambores são girados em torno de seus eixos resultando nos pedaços de produto assim enviados que são em seqüência: (i) temporariamente retidos nos primeiros canais pela rotação das superfícies de tambor; (ii) depositados dos primeiros canais para os segundos canais quando os segundos canais giram em alinhamento radial e comunicação com os primeiros canais; e (iii) depositados descendentemente dos segundos canais para o receptor, quando os segundos canais giram para as posições de descarga sobre o receptor adjacente.
