APERFEIçOAMENTO EM COMPOSTO OPTICAMENTE ATIVO OU SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEL DO MESMO E COMPOSIçãO CONTENDO O REFERIDO COMPOSTO. Os propósitos acima e outros são providos por os compostos aqui descritos, por suas composições farmacêuticas e pela utilização dos compostos da invenção (ou das composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos) no tratamento de doenças de dependência de esteróide sexual. Por exemplo, acredita-se que câncer de mama, câncer endometrial e outras doenças de dependência estrogênica, cujos início e progresso são facilitados pela atividade do estrogênio, respondam favoravelmente ao tratamento com os compostos e composições da invenção.IMPROVEMENT IN OPTICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUND OR PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALT OF THE SAME AND COMPOSITION CONTAINING SUCH COMPOUND.
