Abstract

MáQUINA DE SERRAR PAINéIS PARA PAINéIS FEITOS DE MADEIRA OU DE MATERIAIS SIMILARES. Trata-se de uma máquina de serrar painéis (2) para painéis (1) feitos de madeira ou materiais similares, que compreende: uma mesa horizontal (3) para suportar os painéis (1); meios (4) para avançar os painéis (1) ao longo de uma linha de alimentação (A) móvel em direção paralela a e ao longo da mesa horizontal (3); uma unidade de corte reto (5) transversal à linha de alimentação (A) e que compreende uma base (10), meios de pressionamento (6) para reter os painéis (1) e uma primeira lâmina de serra (7) móvel em ambas as direções e que se projeta longitudinalmente a partir de uma fenda formada na mesa horizontal (3) de forma a cortar os painéis (1) ao longo de uma linha (T) transversal à linha de alimentação (A); a unidade de corte (5) compreende um carro (8), o qual suporta de forma giratória a primeira lâmina (7) e que está conectado de forma giratória aos meios de guia (9) associados com a base (10); primeiros meios (11) para acionar o carro (8), projetados para permitir que o carro (8) se mova em ambas as direções ao longo da linha transversal (1); segundos meios (12) para acionar a primeira lâmina (7), posicionados na base (10) e conectados de forma cinemática, pelos primeiros meios de transmissão de acionamento (13), à primeira lâmina (7) de tal forma a permitir que a última gire continuamente.
