Abstract
MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA PREFORMA óTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de uma preforma ótica ao se realizar uma ou mais reações de deposição de vapor químico em um tubo de substrato, cujo método compreende as etapas a seguir: i) fornecer um ou mais precursores de formação de vidro aditivados ou não aditivados, e ii) efetuar a reação entre os reagentes fornecidos na etapa i) no tubo de substrato de modo a formar uma ou mais camadas de vidro no interior do tubo de substrato, cuja etapa ii) compreende a criação apenas de uma zona de plasma pulsada no interior do tubo de substrato.
