Abstract

APARELHO VIBRATóRIO E MéTODO PARA REMOVER MATERIAIS EM PARTìCULAS DE UM OBJETO Um aparelho vibratório para remover materiais em partículas de um objeto inclui um recipiente dotado de uma superfície interna curvada disposta em tomo de um eixo geométrico longitudinal geralmente horizontalmente disposto, o recipiente sendo resilientemente suportado acima de uma base. Uma placa é disposta no recipiente com uma primeira borda espaçada da superfície curvada do recipiente e uma segunda borda próxima à superfície curvada do recipiente, a placa dotada de aberturas atravessantes. Um gerador de vibração produz uma força vibratória para causar o objeto e a meio no interior do recipiente a serem movidos em uma trajetória geralmente ascendente e descendente ao longo da superfície interna curvada, o movimento do objeto sendo impedido pela placa ao passo que o movimento da meio não é impedido pela placa, a meio em vez disso passando através das aberturas na placa.
