Abstract

"MOLDE DE PNEU DE TRêS PEçAS". A presente invenção provê um molde de pneu tendo uma primeira metade de molde, uma segunda metade de molde, e uma porção de anel central feita de uma pluralidade de segmentos de banda de rodagem. Cada metade de molde possui uma superfície usinada com uma porção de moldagem de costado, e cada um dos ditos segmentos de banda de rodagem tendo uma superfície interna dotada de uma porção de moldagem de banda de rodagem, cada porção de moldagem de banda de rodagem terminando em um primeiro plano de fenda e em um segundo plano de fenda. Cada um dos segmentos de anel central compreende ainda uma primeira superfície de registro de segmento para encaixe com uma primeira superfície de registro de molde da primeira metade de molde; os ditos segmentos de anel central compreendendo ainda uma segunda superfície de registro de segmento para encaixe com uma segunda superfície de registro inverso de molde da segunda metade de molde; e em que cada um dos ditos segmentos de banda de rodagem possui um flange radial externo que forma uma articulação para a montagem rotativa de cada um dos segmentos de banda de rodagem na segunda metade de molde.
