Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE MONTAGEM PARA MECANISMO DE BICO INJETOR VARIáVEL EM TURBOCOMPRESSOR DE EXAUSTãO DE ABERTURA VARIáVEL. é fornecido um turbocompressor de exaustão de abertura variável em que uma montagem de bico injetor incluindo um engaste de bico injetor e palhetas de bico injetor tem uma estrutura de suporte firme sem distúrbio provocado por uma deformação térmica de uma carcaça de turbina e por uma força externa exercida na carcaça de turbina, e uma parte de caracol é formada em uma configuração substancialmente aberta de maneira que a montagem de bico injetor pode ser formada de modo simples a fim de reduzir a quantidade de núcleos de molde para um caracol durante a fundição da carcaça de turbina, e assim é possível aprimorar a produtividade da carcaça de turbina.
