Abstract

APARELHO EM UMA UNIDADE DE PREPARAÇÃO PARA A FIAÇÃO PARA DETECTAR OBJETOS ESTRANHOS NO MATERIAL DE FIBRA. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma unidade preparatória para fiação, para detectar objetos estranhos, por exemplo, pedaços de tecido, fitas adesivas, cordas, pedaços de tolha de papel, ou similares, no material de fibra, em que o material de fibra é transportável em um fluxo de ar através de um duto de transporte de fibra, ou calha de alimentação, e um sistema de sensor ótico é associado ao duto de transporte de fibra, ou calha de alimentação, cujas superfícies da parede têm, pelo menos, uma região de transporte através da qual o sistema de sensor detecta o fluxo de fibra-ar. Para permitir que pelo menos uma região transparente seja mantida limpa de um modo simples durante a operação, e para permitir uma detecção não-obstruída dos objetos estranhos, a região transparente se projeta no fluxo de libra-ar e o fluxo de fibra-ar pode fluir ao longo da região transparente em um contato de aplicação de força.
