Abstract

Método e SISTEMA DE MIGRAçãO. Um sistema e método de migração. O método de migração compreende a recepção de uma solicitação para gerar um plano de migração para uma entidade e gerar um plano estratégico que inclui um primeiro procedimento para transferir conhecimento requerido para executar as funções de trabalho compreendidas por um primeiro conjunto de indivíduos para um segundo conjunto de indivíduos e um segundo procedimento para definir um conjunto de indivíduos temporários para executar um processo de gerenciamento de transição para transferência. Adicionalmente, um plano de alocação e um plano de classificação são gerados. o plano de alocação é para alocar o conjunto de recursos temporários para a entidade para o processo de gerenciamento de transição e a seguir alocar o referido segundo conjunto de indivíduos para transferência. O plano de classificação é para classificar até descarregar o conjunto de indivíduos temporários com base em dados externos. O plano de migração de recurso é para dar suporte à entidade e inclui um procedimento para alocar o segundo conjunto de indivíduos para dar suporte à entidade.
