Abstract

Eletroflotador/Eletrocoagulador para tratamento de efluentes em fluxo continuo compartimentado com uso alternativo de ozónio, peróxido de hidrogênio e radiação ultravioleta. O eletroflotador/eletrocoagulador é aplicado na redução de custos para as empresas que utilizam extensivamente produtos químicos coagulantes e floculantes, sendo os agentes oxidantes gerados no local. A invenção pode ser utilizada, exemplificativamente, por diversas empresas do ramo têxtil, hospitalar, papel e celulose, postos de lavagem de veículos, postos de combustíveis, restaurantes, condomínios e águas residuárias com coloração aparente e real e materiais coloidais agregados. A utilização de barras de ferro/aço como eletrodos horizontalmente dispostos, dentro de compartimentos do tanque de eletroflotação/eletrocoagulação proporcionam efetivo contato para anodização. A geometria do tanque permite fluxo ascendente e descendente sem turbulência excessiva, preservando os agregados formados. A concepção de raspador mecanizado possibilita a retirada de lodo na parte superior do tanque para posterior deságúe e secagem.Electroflotter / Electrocoagulator for compartmentalised continuous flow effluent treatment with alternative use of ozone, hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet radiation.
