As placas serão afixadas através de presilhas, amarras, braçadeiras, parafusos ou puncionadas no semáforo, de maneira que os motoristas e transeuntes tenham uma visão ampla e clara de direcionamento das ruas, avenidas etc.. .que cruzam o semáforo. As placas afixadas nos postes fincados nas calçadas conterão espaço publicitário e orientação e direcionamento dos próximos cruzamentos.STREET INDICATORY BOARDS, AVENUES, LANDSCAPE LOYALTS, AND ADVERTISING AND INDICATIVE BOARDS ON POSTERS FINISHED ON SIDEWORKS.
