Abstract
PROCESSO DE SìNTESE DE éSTERES COM LIPASES IMOBILIZADAS NO SUBSTRATO SóLIDO FERMENTADO. OF ESTERS WITH LIPASES IMMOBILIZED IN THE FERMENTED SOLID SUBSTRATE. The present invention relates to an ester synthesis process through esterification, transesterification (alcohololysis and acidolysis) and lipase catalyzed interesterification reactions. The aim of the invention is to enable the use of lipases for the production of esters, since the cost of obtaining lipases is still high. In this process the lipases are produced by solid state fermentation (FES) and the obtained fermented substrate (containing the enzyme and the microorganism) is added directly to the reaction medium for reaction catalysis, eliminating the lipase extraction, purification and immobilization steps. Moreover, the cost of production is still reduced through the use of agro-industrial waste as substrates. Thus, a lipase is immobilized on the substrate itself and can be reused several times.
