Abstract
CONJUNTO DE PISTãO E CILINDRO ACIONADO POR MOTOR LINEAR COM SISTEMA DE RECONHECIMENTO DE POSIçãO DE CILINDRO E COMPRESSOR DE MOTOR LINEAR, E UM SENSOR INDUTIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a conjunto de pistão e cilindro acionado por motor linear com sistema de reconhecimento de posição de cilindro, compreendendo uma estrutura de suporte (4) formando um espaço de entreferro (12); uma bobina de motor (6) gerando um fluxo magnético variável pelo menos ao longo de parte do espaço de entreferro (12); um cilindro (2) dotado de um cabeçote em uma das suas extremidades; um pistão (1) conectado a um imã (5), o imã sendo acionado pelo fluxo magnético da bobina de motor (6) para se deslocar dentro de um percurso de deslocamento incluindo pelo menos parcialmente o espaço de entreferro (12); o deslocamento do imã fazendo o pistão (1) se deslocar reciprocantemente dentro do cilindro (2); e um sensor indutivo (8) disposto em um ponto do percurso de deslocamento do imã (5), tal que, quando o pistão (1) atinge uma posição mais próxima possível do cabeçote do cilindro, o sensor indutivo detecta uma variação de campo magnético resultante da posição correspondente do imã, e gera um sinal de tensão decorrente desta variação de campo magnético. A invenção refere-se ainda a um compressor de motor linear, o qual compreende um conjunto de pistão e cilindro do tipo da presente invenção, e é capaz de realizar o reconhecimento de posição do cilindro.
