Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM". Trata-se de um molde e um dispositivo de moldagem de entalhe profundo em um pneu. O dispositivo de moldagem inclui um ou mais elementos rígidos junto a um componente flexível. O componente flexível é feito de material flexível, preferencialmente uma superliga, ou um material hiperelástico. O dispositivo pode compreender adicionalmente um imã. Uma parte do componente flexível está posicionado em contado com uma primeira superfície do elemento moldado em relevo de um molde e o elemento rígido tem uma superfície cassada em cantato correspondente com uma segunda superfície do elemento moldado em relevo. O molde pode compreender adicionalmente um segundo elemento moldado em relevo, caracterizado pelo fato de que o elemento rígido inclui uma superfície externa em cantata correspondente com a superfície de dito segundo elemento moldado em relevo.
