Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE MOLDAGEM FLEXìVEL PARA MOLDAR UM ENTALHE REBAIXADO, UMA LáMINA REBAIXADA, E UMA AMPLA RANHURA LONGA EM UMA BANDA DE RODAGEM DE PNEUMáTICO". Trata-se o provimento de um molde de pneumático e de um dispositivo de moldagem para formar uma ranhura, de entalhe rebaixado, em um pneumático. O dispositivo de moldagem compreende um membro flexível e um elemento de lâmina, o membro flexível sendo dotado de uma extremidade distal para montar em um molde de pneumático, uma seção central arredondada e uma segunda extremidade, onde uma parte da segunda extremidade está embutida no elemento de lâmina, o elemento de lâmina sendo dotado de uma superfície inferior com um corte para permitir a inclinação do membro flexível.
