Abstract
SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO MODULAR DE CAPACIDADE VARIáVEL PARA COZINHAS. A control circuit controls the central cooling unit and the temperature in the refrigerant modules. The refrigerant modules can be refrigerant, freezer or freezer refrigeration modules. The cooling medium may be air, refrigerant or refrigerant. A below freezing point refrigerant module having an insulated freezing cabinet, a freezing compressor, a freezing condenser and a freezing evaporator may be combined with the refrigerating system to provide freezing storage at -17.8 ° C. <198> C (0 <198> F), without requiring the central cooling unit to provide cooling medium at -17.8 <198> C (0 <198> F).
