Abstract
"SISTEMA DE DESCARGA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DOTADO DE UM CIRCUITO DE RECIRCULAçãO DE GáS DE DESCARGA". Trata-se de um sistema de descarga (10) para um motor de combustão interna (11), que é dotado de um tubo de alimentação (5) de ar fresco para uma tubulação de entrada (3) e com um turbocarregador (16) disposto ao longo do tubo de alimentação (5); o sistema de descarga (10) apresenta: um tubo de emissão (11) para liberar os gases de descarga produzidos pelo motor de combustão interna (1) na atmosfera; pelo menos um dispositivo de tratamento de gás (12), que é disposto ao longo do tubo de emissão (11) e consiste em um catalisador de oxidação (13) e um filtro antimaterial em partículas (14); e um circuito de recirculação (26), que apresenta um tubo de recirculação (27) o qual é regulado por uma válvula de recirculação (28) e conecta o tubo de emissão (11) a jusante do dispositivo de tratamento 912) ao tubo de entrada (5) a montante de um compressor (18) do turbocarregador (16) para introduzir no tubo de entrada (5) uma certa quantidade de gases de descarga presentes no tubo de emissão (11); ao longo do tubo de recirculação (27) um filtro (38) consistindo em uma malha metálica (39) disposta para fechar o tubo de recirculação (27) é disposto.
