Abstract
SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO DISTRIBUIDO PARA COZINHAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de aparelho de refrigeração para uma cozinha residencial tendo múltiplos módulos refrigerantes separados e uma única unidade de resfriamento central de capacidade variável, de operação continua, com um compressor de velocidade variável para resfriamento de um meio refrigerante. Um circuito de meio refrigerante fornece meio refrigerante à pluralidade de módulos refrigerantes da unidade de resfriamento central. Os dispositivos de controle de escoamento controlam o escoamento de meio refrigerante para os módulos refrigerantes. Um circuito de controle controla a unidade de resfriamento central e a temperatura nos módulos refrigerantes. Os módulos refrigerantes podem ser módulos refrigerantes, de congelamento ou de refrigeração - congelamento. O meio refrigerante pode ser ar, líquido refrigerante ou refrigerante.
