Abstract

RECIPIENTE PARA CULTIVO DE EMBRIõES E CéLULAS E MéTODO PARA PROTEGER, CONTRA CHOQUES ATMOSFéRICOS, EMBRIõES E CéLULAS SOB CULTIVO. é provido um recipiente compreendendo um corpo (10) tendo uma parede de fundo (11) transparente e pelo menos uma porção de parede lateral (12) que define, superiormente, uma sede de assentamento (5) para uma tampa (20) removível e transparente, a ser acoplada ao corpo (10) de modo a ser seletivamente deslocável, entre uma posição inoperante, na qual permite a comunicação fluida entre o interior e o exterior do recipiente (R) , e uma posição operante, na qual veda hermeticamente o recipiente (R), impedindo comunicação fluida entre o interior e o exterior desse último. Esse recipiente (R) pode ser mantido no interior de uma incubadora, com a tampa na posição inoperante até o momento de ser levado a uma operação de controle de cultivo, quando então a tampa (20) é levada à condição operante, ainda no interior da incubadora, mantendo o recipiente hermeticamente fechado durante sua retirada da incubadora.
