Abstract

COMPOSIçãO NANOPARTICULADA ESTáVEL, MéTODOS DE PREPARAR A MESMA E DE PREVENIR E/OU TRATAR UMA INFECçãO BACTERIANA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, FORMA DE DOSAGEM. A presente invenção fornece uma composição que compreende cefalosporina útil no tratamento e prevenção de uma infecção bacteriana. Em uma forma de realização, a composição compreende as partículas nanopartículadas que compreendem cefalosporina e pelo menos um estabilizador de superfície. As partículas nanoparticuladas têm um tamanho de partícula médio eficaz menor que cerca de 2000 nm. Em uma outra forma de realização, a composição compreende uma composição de liberação modificada que, na administração a um paciente, libera a cefalosporina em uma maneira bimodal, multimodal ou contínua. A invenção também diz respeito às formas de dosagem que contêm tais composições, e aos métodos para o tratamento e prevenção de uma infecção bacteriana.
