Abstract

SISTEMA PORTADOR DE SUBSTáNCIAS FRACAMENTE SOLúVEIS EM áGUA, PROCESSO PARA SUA OBTENçãO E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção se refere a um sistema portador de substâncias fracamente solúveis em água compreendendo (i) um composto lipídico, (ii) um co-solvente e (iii) água, dito sistema sendo um líquido constituído de fase liotrópica em equilíbrio termodinâmico, na forma de fase L3 (fase esponja), obtida a partir de proporções estequiometricamente definidas. A invenção também contempla um processo para a obtenção de dito sistema portador de substâncias fracamente solúveis em água, bem como o seu uso como meio portador de substâncias fracamente solúveis em água, tais como fármacos, pesticidas, herbicidas, proteínas, aminoácidos, vitaminas, antibióticos e substâncias semelhantes para a preparação de composições ou para o recobrimento de nanopartículas.
