Abstract
Nanoparticulas biodegradâveis para encapsulação de ingredientes ativos. Processo para sua obtenção, Composição compreendendo nanopartículas. A presente invenção proporciona uma dispersão de nanopartículas biodegradáveis, de tamanho entre 200 e 400 nm, desenvolvida a base de poliol de origem natural por meio da técnica de mrníemulsão em meio aquoso e sem adição de catalisador. O processo de preparação, conforme os distintos parâmetros realizados, tais como concentração de reagentes, tipo de surfactante e velocidade de agitação no momento de síntese das partículas, permite desenvolver nanoparticulas monodispersas, homogêneas e de distintos tamanhos, com altos rendimentos de formulação. Estas estruturas podem ser denominadas "nanocarreadores" e podem ser utilizadas para a encapsulação de agentes ativos e fármacos na elaboração de medicamentos e cosméticos de alta tecnologia, bem como defensivos agricolas, composições de uso industrial e em outros segmentos da nanotecnologia.Biodegradable nanoparticles for encapsulation of active ingredients. The present invention provides a dispersion of biodegradable nanoparticles, size 200 to 400 nm, developed from natural origin polyol by aqueous emulsion technique without addition of catalyst. The preparation process, according to the different parameters performed, such as reagent concentration, surfactant type and agitation speed at the moment of particle synthesis, allows to develop monodisperse, homogeneous and different size nanoparticles, with high formulation yields. These structures may be called "nanocarriers" and may be used for encapsulating active agents and drugs in the manufacture of high-tech medicines and cosmetics, as well as pesticides, compositions for industrial use and other segments of nanotechnology.
