Abstract
PROCESSO TECNOLàGICO PARA RECI- CLAGEM DA VINHAÇA E CO~ 2~ PROVENIENTE DA QUEIMA DO BAGAÇO EM DESTILARIAS DE ÁLCOOL E USINAS DE AÇéCAR ATRAVÉS DO CULTIVO ALGAL. Sendo que esta patente de invenção trata de um processo tecnológico inovador. Tem por objetivos, seqúestrar carbono através do C02 gerado durante a queima do bagaço de cana em caldeiras de co-geração de energia em usinas de açúcar e álcool, assim como reutilizar a vinhaça (resíduo liquido oriundo da destilação do mosto fermentado), resíduos gerados em grandes volumes pelo setor sucroalcooleiro. Essa recuperação e/ou seqúestro de C02, com concomitante tratamento biológico da vinhaça é realizado através do cultivo de algas e/ou cianobactérias (diferentes géneros e espécies) em tanques e/ou biorreatores (abertos e/ou fechados), tendo por finalidade a redução da DBO e/ou DQO (demanda bioquímica e/ou química de oxigênio) presente na vinhaça, produção de oxigênio (02) para reduçác do efeito estufa, bem corno a produção de biornassa algal rica em lipídios, extração desses lipídios e seu uso na produção de BioDiesel e/ou na produção de óleo combustível entre outros.
