Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UMA CÉLULA DE COMBUSTÍVEL, SISTEMA PARA FORMAR UMA CÉLULA DE COMBUSTÍVEL, E, CONJUNTO DE ELETRODO DE MEMBRANA Uma célula de combustível, tendo agente de vedação melhorado contra vazamento, inclui um agente de vedação disposto sobre as porções periféricas de um conjunto de eletrodo de membrana de modo que o agente de vedação curado penetra uma camada de difusão de gás do conjunto de eletrodo da membrana. O agente de vedação é aplicado através das técnicas de moldagem por injeção de líquido para formar uma composição de agente de vedação curado nas porções periféricas do conjunto de eletrodo de membrana. O agente de vedação pode ser termicamente curado em temperaturas baixas, por exemplo, 130°C ou menos, ou pode ser curado em temperatura ambiente através da aplicação de radiação actínica.
