Abstract
PROCESSO PARA ACABAMENTO DE BORDA DE UMA LENTE ÓPTICA, E, LENTE ÓPTICA. Um processo para acabamento de borda de uma lente óptica para conformá-la ao tamanho e à forma de uma armação de Lente dentro da qual a lente óptica deva ser acomodada, referido processo compreendendo: a) prover uma lente óptica tendo uma superfície convexa, a superfície convexa sendo dotada de um revestimento de topo antiborroões que toma a lente óptica inadequada para ser acabada na borda; b) fixar um elemento de montagem sobre a superfície convexa da lente óptica, preferivelmente sobre o seu centro,por meio de um bloco adesivo que adira tanto no elemento de montagem quanto na superfície convexa da lente óptica, para formar um conjunto de elemento de montagem/lente óptica; c) colocar o conjunto de elemento de montagem/lente óptica em uma máquina de retificação de modo que a lente óptica seja firmemente mantida; e d) fazer o acabamento da Lente óptica ao tamanho e forma pretendidos, em que, antes da etapa b) de fixar o elemento de montagem, o revestimento de topo antiborrões sobre a superfície convexa da lente óptica é pré-tratada com um solvente selecionado do grupo consistindo de alcanóis e dialquilcetonas sob uma tensão mecânica.
