Abstract

<b>sistema e método para calcinação de minerais<d>a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e um método para a calcinação de minerais. o sistema compreende um segmento de reator disposto verticalmente e configurado para transmitir forças horizontais sobre as partículas que passam através do segmento de reator em uma direção vertical; uma unidade de injetor para receber a matéria-prima granulada, a unidade de injetor sendo disposta em uma parte superior do segmento de reator, por meio de que os grânulos da matéria-prima se movem através do segmento de reator em um fluxo granular sob pelo menos um de um grupo que consiste em uma força de vapor, na força gravitacional e uma força centrífuga; uma unidade de troca de calor do reator acoplada termicamente a uma parede do segmento de reator para fornecer o calor aos grânulos que fluem dentro do segmento de reator com a transferência térmica através da parede do segmento de reator; uma ou várias entradas formadas no segmento de reator para introduzir um gás superaquecido no segmento de reator para criar condições de um sistema multifase gás-sólido; e uma ou várias aberturas de exaustão formadas no segmento de retorta de modo que os produtos do gás pelo menos são limpos parcialmente do segmento de reator sob o fluxo do gás superaquecido a partir das entradas para as aberturas de exaustão.
