avaliação por fibra ótica de modificação de tecido. a presente invenção refere-se a um método ótico e aparelho que é utilizado para avaliar a presença de modificação de tecido, em particular, para avaliar a ablação de tecido que usa espectroscopia de difusão de luz realizada por meio de fibra (s) ótica (s). a referida técnica permite a detecção da presença de modificação de tecido e proporciona informação de profundidade, tal como, por exemplo, profundidade de uma lesão abladida. o método e o aparelho com o aqui descritos podem ser usados para o monitoramento em tempo real, in vivo, durante procedimentos predeterminados, tais como ablação de tecido cardíaco por razões terapêuticas.
