Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA MANIPULAR UMA QUANTIDADE DE PLáSTICO NO ESTADO LIQUEFEITO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para moldar um artigo de plástico em que o artigo é obtido pela compressão de uma quantidade medida de material plástico (3) no estado liquefeito entre as duas partes de um molde, compreendendo pelo menos um suprimento de material plástico (1), uma haste (11), deslizando em uma luva (8) adequada para suportar temporariamente a dita quantidade medida de material plástico (3), um molde para a cabeça do artigo (6, 7) e um mandril (18) cooperando com o dito molde (6, 7), a luva (8) tendo uma face superior (16) e uma parede lateral (17), o dispositivo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que inclui meios para depositar a quantidade medida na luva (1,2), cujos meios são desenhados de modo que a quantidade medida de plástico (22) disposta acima de um plano (20) que coincide com a face superior (16) da luva (8) está entre 20% e 40% da massa total da quantidade medida (3). A invenção também refere-se a um método usando o dispositivo acima mencionado.
