Abstract

ESTAçãO BASE, ESTAçãO MóVEL E MéTODO DE COMUNICAçãO. Uma estação base para retransmitir um pacote de transmissão em resposta a uma solicitação de retransmissão para o pacote de transmissão de uma estação móvel que inclui uma unidade de controle de retransmissão configurada para receber a solicitação de retransmissão da estação móvel; uma unidade de programação configurada para determinar um tamanho de pacote disponível no mesmo canal lógico como utilizado para o pacote de transmissão, quando a qualidade de canal no momento de retransmitir o pacote de transmissão em resposta à solicitação de retransmissão é melhorado comparado com a qualidade de canal no momento de transmitir inicialmente o pacote de transmissão; uma unidade de segmentação/concatenação configurada para segmentar um pacote a ser transmitido no mesmo canal lógico como utilizado para o pacote de transmissão baseado no tamanho de pacote disponível determinado pela unidade de programação; e uma unidade de multiplexação configurada para multiplexar o pacote de transmissão a ser retransmitido e o pacote segmentado pela unidade de segmentação/concatenação.
