Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE MONTAGEM POR DOBRAGEM DE UMA BORDA DE UM PRIMEIRO PAINEL DE CHAPA METáLICA SOBRE UM SEGUNDO PAINEL DE CHAPA METáLICA. A invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a montagem de um primeiro painel de chapa metalica a um segundo painel de chapa metálica pela dobragem de uma borda do primeiro a uma borda do segundo. O dispositivo compreende um braço móvel (3, 7) portando uma ferramenta (1, 2) para a aplicação de uma força à borda do primeiro painel no sentido de que ambas dobrem em direção da borda do segundo painel para coloca-la na borda do segundo painel. A ferramenta (1, 2) compreende ao menos um cilindro de pré-engaste (1) e um cilindro de engaste (2) sendo montados um atrás do outro na direção do movimento da ferramenta (1, 2), em um suporte (3), e os eixos dos dois cilindros (1, 2) formando entre eles um ângulo. A invenção também relata um método de montagem usando o referido dispositivo.
