Abstract
ARMAçãO DE LAMINADOR PARA PRODUçãO DE TIRA LAMINADA OU CHAPA. Em uma armação de laminador para produção de tira laminada ou chapa com rolos de trabalho, que se apólam em rolos de apoio ou rolos intermediários e rolos de apoio, sendo que ao menos um desses rolos apresenta um contorno de superfície de cilindro (7) se estendendo pelo comprimento de superfície de cilindro total efetivo, passível de descrição por uma função não linear, e o contorno de superfície de cilindro desse ao menos um rolo apresenta em ao menos uma das regiões de borda de sua extensão longitudinal chanfragens e formam nessas regiões de borda. um contorno de superfície de cilindro corrigido, heterogeneidades na distribuição de carga ao longo da linha de contato de dois rolos vizinhos e especialmente na região de arestas de borda devem ser minimizadas. Para essa finalidade, se propõe que de que o contorno de superfície de cilindro corrigido resulte por subtração de uma função de chanfragem matemática qualquer não linear da função de contorno descrita pela função não linear, sendo que a inclinação do contorno de superfície de cilindro e a inclinação do contorno de superfície de cilindro corrigido são iguais no ponto de transição do contorno de superfície de cilindro para o contorno de superfície de cilindro corrigido.
