Abstract

ARRANJO HIDRáULICO PARA REGULAGEM DE UMA ENGRENAGEM DE ELEVAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA AGRìCOLA. A invenção refere-se a um arranjo hidráulico para regulagem de uma engrenagem de elevação (12) de uma máquina agrícola (10). O arranjo hidráulico (16) abrange pelo menos um cilindro hidráulico (24) que apresenta uma câmara (50) que pode ser solicitada com pressão, pelo menos uma válvula de afluxo (22) controlada proporcionalmente, que é conectada no lado de saída através de um primeiro conduto de afluxo (30) com a câmara (50) e é conectada no lado de entrada com uma bomba hidráulica (18, 18'), pelo menos um primeiro conduto de descarga (32), que estabelece uma conexão entre a câmara (50) e um tanque hidráulico (20). Para criar um sistema de controle que tem um projeto simples e compacto, a invenção também provê dispor uma válvula de sobrepressão eletro-proporcional (26) no primeiro conduto de descarga (32) e uma válvula de retenção (28) que se fecha na direção da válvula de afluxo (22) no conduto de afluxo (32). Além disto, a invenção também provê um ou vários sensores (36, 38) que são conectados com o cilindro hidráulico (24) e que geram um sinal de sensor, em que a válvula de sobrepressão (26) pode ser controlada e/ou ajustada na dependência do um ou dos vários sinais de sensor e/ou do sinal de ajuste.
