Abstract

DISPOSITIVO QUE PERMITE LIMITAR O RISCO DE FORMAçãO DE UMA ATMOSFERA EXPLOSIVA DENTRO DO FORNO DE UMA LINHA CONTìNUA DE TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE TIRAS METáLICAS. Dispositivo que permite limitar o risco de formação de uma atmosfera explosiva dentro do forno de uma linha contínua de tratamento térmico de tiras metálicas cujas seções estão sob uma atmosfera constituída por uma mistura de gás inerte e de hidrogênio cujo teor em volume de hidrogênio é compreendido entre 5 e 100%, equipado com uma seção de aquecimento rápido com indução e com uma seção de resfriamento rápido, que compreende: uma câmara (9) mantida sob gás inerte, na entrada da seção de aquecimento rápido do forno e na saída da seção de resfriamento rápido, a pressão dentro da câmara (9) sendo superior à pressão atmosférica quando o aquecimento do forno funciona normalmente; um dispositivo (10) de entrada da tira na câmara (9), a partir do ar atmosférico; um dispositivo (11) de separação de atmosfera e de entrada da tira na seção de aquecimento do forno a partir da câmara (9) sob gás inerte, esse dispositivo (11) sendo equipado com uma trasfega (14) de gás; um dispositivo (13) de separação de atmosfera e de saída da tira da seção de resfriamento rápido do forno, equipado com uma trasfega (14) de gás, e um dispositivo (12) de saída da tira da câmara (9) para o ar atmosférico.
