Abstract
MATERIAL METáLICO COM SUPERFìCIE TRATADA E AGENTE DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE METáLICA. A presente invenção fornece um material metálico de superfície tratada tendo uma película formada em pelo menos uma porção de uma superfície de um material metálico, a película contendo pelo menos uma resina poliuretano e óxido de silício, e um agente de tratamento de superfície metálica usado para obter o material metálico de superfície tratada. A resina poliuretano contém um ou mais entre aglutinante siloxano, aglutinante de desidratação-condensação do grupo silanol, e um grupo funcional diferente, e uma metade silanol, e um aglutinante uréia. A soma do aglutinante siloxano, do aglutinante de desidratação-condensação do grupo silanol, e um grupo funcional diferente, a quantidade total da metade silanol, e do óxido de silício cai dentro de uma faixa de igual ou maior que 1,6% em peso até igual ou menor que 15% em peso para sólidos da película. A razão da quantidade total de aglutinante uréia e de aglutinante uretano para ao quantidade total dos componentes resina cai dentro da faixa de igual ou maior que 0,1% em peso a igual ou menor que 10% em peso.
