Abstract

ESPUMAS VISCOELÁSTICAS COM RECUPERAÇçO MAIS LENTA E RASGO APERFEIÇOADO. A presente invenção refere-se às espumas viscoelásticas, de baixa resiliência, as quais têm recuperação mais lenta e resistência ao rasgo aperfeiçoada, e a um processo para a produção destas espumas. As espumas viscoelásticas da invenção compreendem o produto de reação de um poliisocianato com um componente reativo com isocianato, na presença de um agente de sopro, um tensoativo e um catalisador. Os componentes reativos com isocianato adequados compreendem pelo menos cerca de 5% em peso de pelo menos um poliéter de poliol tendo cerca de 2 a cerca de 4 grupos hidroxila reativos por molécula, um peso equivalente de cerca de 280 a cerca de 2.000, e o qual é o produto da alcoxilação de um composto orgânico que contém pelo menos dois anéis aromáticos, contém de cerca de 2 a cerca de 4 átomos de hidrogênio ativos de Zerewitinoff e tem um peso equivalente de cerca de 100 a cerca de 575.
