Abstract

TECIDO RESISTENTE A CORTE, ARTIGO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO RESISTENTE A CORTE. A presente invenção se refere tecidos resistentes a corte e artigos incluindo luvas, e processos para a produção de artigos resistentes a corte, os tecidos e artigos compreendendo um fio que compreende uma mistura íntima de fibras descontínuas, a mistura compreendendo 20 a 50 partes em peso de uma fibra selecionadas a partir do grupo de fibra de poliamida alifática, fibra de poliolefina, fibra de poliéster, e misturas das mesmas; e 50 a 80 partes em peso de uma mistura de fibra de aramida; com base no peso total da poliamida alifática, poliolefina, poliéster, e fibras de aramida. A mistura de fibra de aramida compreende pelo menos uma primeira fibra de aramida dotada de uma densidade linear a partir de 3,3 a 6 denier por filamento (3,7 a 6,7 dtex por filamento); e uma segunda fibra de aramida dotada de uma densidade linear a partir de 0,50 a 4,5 denier por filamento (0,56 a 5,0 dtex por filamento). A diferença na densidade linear do filamento da primeira fibra de aramida para a segunda fibra de aramida é 1 denier por filamento (1,1 dtex por filamento) ou maior.
