APARELHO DE COZIMENTO, EM PARTICULAR UM APARELHO DE COZIMENTO DOMÉSTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de conzimento (1), em particular a um aparelho de conzimento doméstico, abrangendo uma unidade de base (2), que é montada em uma parede (3) ou em uma bancada (4), bem como uma parte de topo de fogão e para obter um desempenho de aquecimento de alimento altamente eficiente, a invenção doota uma parte de topo de fogão (5) com pelo menos uma bobina de indução (6), enquanto que a fonte de energia elétrica (14) é alojada na unidade de base (2).
