Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA BOBINAGEM DE TIRAS DE METAL SOBRE UM MANDRIL DE BOBINAGEM A invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para a bobinagem de tiras de metal (13) sobre um mandril de bobinagem (4) disposto em um eixo de bobinador (3), ao qual a tira de metal é posicionada por um propulsor (2) apresentando um rolo de propulsão inferior e um superior (6, 7), sendo que para a guia está prevista uma mesa (11) abaixo da tira de metal (13) e acima da tira de metal estão dispostos um comutador de tira (17) bem como um aba de eixo rotatória (19)contigua aquele até próximo ao mandril de bobinagem. Por uma mensuração da força de tração, o propulsor (2) deve ser regulado de tal maneira que o cursor da tira possibilite um bobinagem da tira de metal (13) para um fardo (14) perfeitamente alinhado. Para se conseguir isso, a força de tração longitudinal exercida pelo propulsor (2) sobre a tira de metal (13) para o controle do curso da tira pelo quadro propulsor (5) é determinada por meio de um dispositivo de mensuração de tração de tira (10) montado em um ponto de rotação (9) logo atrás do rolo de propulsão (7) inferior, pivotável por baixo para a tira de metal (13). O dispositivo de mensuração de tração de tira (10) consiste , para isso, em um primeiro braço de alavanca (10a), montado posteriormente em um ponto de rotação (9) no quadro propulsor (5), e um segundo braço de alavanca (10b), montado adiante articuladamente no primeiro braço de alavanca (10a), que apresenta em sua extremidade dianteira em rolo (23), sendo que entre o primeiro braço de alavanca (10a) e o segundo braço de alavanca (10b) está disposto um meio de mensuração de força (24).
