Abstract
EIXO DE MANIVELA DIRETO DE COMPRESSOR DE AR. É fornecido um eixo de manivela direto de um compressor de ar para produzir ar comprimido, no qual um eixo de manivela é implementado por duas placas de manivela sobrepostas integralmente, de tal forma que os cilindros de compressão possam ser dispostos na direção radial para exibir um excelente desempenho de resfriamento de ar, centros mortos superiores e centros mortos inferiores dos cilindros de compressão são dispostos simetricamente, de forma que o cancelamento entre os fenômenos de pressurização e formação de vácuo e a condução de um motor possam ser realizados suavemente e o motor seja integrado com uma bomba de compressão, de forma que os vários componentes de direcionamento tais como correias, polias, tampas e similares sejam eliminados e os custos de fabricação sejam sensivelmente reduzidos. O eixo de manivela direto inclui placas de manivela integradas para formar uma unidade sobreposta. A unidade sobreposta possui um orifício de acoplamento de eixo através do qual penetra um eixo de motor, de tal forma que o eixo de manivela direto seja acoplado a um motor.
