Abstract

método de micronização a invenção refere-se a um método para a micronização de uma dispersão de partículas compreendendo uma proteína apresentando um nível preddeterminado de atividade biológica. o método compreende a introdução da dispersão em um aparelho de moagem com câmara de vórtice sob condições de moagem o que resulta em um pó de proteína apresentando uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula de 5 a 100 mim e/ou exibindo uma redução de tamanho de 30 a 400 vezes da dispersão de partícula de proteína a partir de seu tamanho original, e mantendo pelo menos 80% do nível predeterminado da atividade biológica da proteína . as condições de moagem inciuem um ou mais parâmetros selecionados dos seguintes: pressão de entrada entre 1 e 7 bars; pressão no injetor entre 0,2 e 5 bars; taxa de carga entre 0,1 e 5 kg/hora; e fluxo de gás entre 30 e 100 m3/hora.
