Abstract

SISTEMA DE TERAPIA DE RESSUSCITAÇÃO CARDIOPULMONAR Um dispositivo de treinamento de CPR é projetado para colocação no tórax de um paciente durante CPR. Compressões no tórax são distribuídas ao paciente por um socorrista apertando no dispositivo. Um sensor de força e um acelerômetro estão localizados no dispositivo e são responsivos às compressões no tórax. Quando o corpo do paciente está estacionário haverá uma correlação alta de um sinal de profundidade produzido integrando duplamente o sinal de aceleração do acelerômetro e o sinal de força, e o sinal de profundidade é julgado seguro. Quando o corpo do paciente está sujeito a movimento tal como pelo movimento de um veículo transportando o paciente, haverá uma correlação baixa da profundidade e sinais de força, com o sinal de força sendo relativamente imune a este movimento. Em tais casos, o sinal de força é usado em associação com a relação previamente determinada entre profundidade e força na ausência de movimento para produzir uma indicação de profundidade de compressão no tórax.
