Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE APLICAÇÃO DE LUBRIFICANTE PARA REGULAGEM DA PLANURA E/OU ASPEREZA DE UMA TIRA DE METAL. A invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo de aplicação de lubrificante para regulagem da planura e/ou da aspereza de uma tira de metal na saída de uma armação de laminador a frio por dosagem apropriada da quantidade, aplicada na entrada da armação de laminador a frio sobre a tira de metal, de ao menos um lubrificante por unidade de tempo. Para aperfeiçoar ainda mais a qualidade de tira de metal laminada a frio com relação a sua planura e/ou aspereza, é proposto segundo a invenção que a quantidade do lubrificante aplicada seja dosada em forma de uma distribuição de quantidade pela largura da tira de metal por unidade de tempo na media de um desvio de regulagem verificado entre uma distribuição de planura real e teórica pela largura da tira de metal na saída da armação de laminador a frio ou de um desvio de regulagem entre uma distribuição de aspereza real e teórica pela largura da tira de metal na saída da armação de laminador a frio ou de uma combinação de ambos os desvios de regulagem.
