Abstract
MÉTODO PARA RECONDICIONAMENTO DE UMA CILINDRO DE ESMERILHAMENTO USADO. A invenção refere-se a um método para recondicionamento de um cilindro de esmerilhamento de um triturador a cilindros de material em leito apresentando membros de perfis que se encontram embutidos, com uma porção de suas extensões nas festas do corpo de cilindro e, com a restante de suas projetando-se acima da superfície do corpo de cilindro. Para operação de recondicionamento, após a remoção dos membros de perfis gastos, a superfície gasta do corpo de cilindro é torneada, e a camada de material é aplicada em uma operação de soldagem e é provida com frestas para recepção dos novos membros do perfis.Tal método viabiliza que o recondicionamento seja, particularmente, viável em termos de custo.
