A presente invenção refere-se a uma lavadora de louça industrial com um ventilador principal (18) e um ventilador adicional (77) e um canal de secagem (58) , sendo que o canal de secagem (58) possui no fundo de canal (61) uma calha de escoamento (63) que vai transversalmente ao fundo de canal (61) com uma abertura de escoamento (64), e sendo que também o fundo de canal (61) sobe em direção à calha de escoamento (63).
