Abstract

MáQUINA RECOLHEDORA DE GRãOS OU FRUTOS CAìDOS NO SOLO. Especialmente de uma máquina (1) cujo destaque é realizar a separação dos grãos (2) das impurezas menores e maiores ainda no conjunto captador (3) sob a saia do café ou cultura afim; dita máquina (1) cujo conjunto captador (3) possui um rolete (5) com pinos (6) retráteis sobreposto por rosca (7) sem-fim que encaminha galhos e gravetos para um triturador (8) lateral, desse modo grãos e impurezas menores remanescentes são direcionados para a câmara (9) intermediária e por meio de rosca (10) sem-fim contígua são aspirados através de duto (11) troncónico em direção a câmara (12) separadora; os grãos (2) podem derivar para um duto (18) de ensaque ou duto (19) obliquo com rosca (20) sem-fim para despejo em reservatório (21) elevatório basculante. Retomando à câmara (12) separadora, os resíduos mais densos (galhos e gravetos) são conduzidos para um ventilador (22) de caixa (23) bipartida. Por sua vez, os resíduos mais densos são levados para um ciclone (28).
