Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA REFORçADA COM SìLICA E USO EM PNEUMáTICOS. Essa invenção se refere à preparação de composições de borracha contendo sílica que apresentam reforço de sílica precipitada e uso de um agente de acoplamento organomercaptossilano oliogmérico contendo várias frações mercapto e silano, e um teor mínimo, se algum, de grupos etóxi e assim substancíalmente isento de grupos etóxi. A interação das várias frações mercapto ou grupos de tal organomercaptossilano oligomérico com o elastâmerc à base de dieno pode promover uma formação de viscosidade significativa da composição de borracha não curada em um estágio de mistura não produtivo e portanto, apresentando dificuldades de processamento de borracha significativas durante a mistura da composição de borracha. Portanto é apresentado um desafio para redução de tal formação de viscosidade para tal composição de borracha contendo sílica não curada.
