Abstract

PROCESSO DE PREPARAR UM AMIDO. A presente invenção se refere a um processo de produzir um amido reticulado com trimetafosfato de sódio ou com uma combinação de trimetafosfato de sódio e de tripolifosfato de sódio. A reação tem eficiência aumentada sobre o processo de reticulação padrão e/ou efluente de fósforo reduzido.
