Abstract

PROPANTE ABRASIVO ANGULAR, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO E PROCESSO PARA O FRATURAMENTO HIDRáULICO DE POçOS DE PETRóLEO E DE GáS. A presente invenção refere-se a um propante abrasivo angular que consiste em partículas sinterizadas de um material selecionado de bauxita, argila-minerais, ou suas misturas, com tamanho de partícula de variando de malha 30 a malha 150. A invenção refere-se ainda a um processo de produção de um propante abrasivo angular consistindo em partículas sinterizadas de um material selecionado de bauxita, argila-minerais, ou suas misturas, compreendendo etapas de secagem, moagem, pélete e sinterização de um material de partida de bauxita, seguidas por uma etapa de moagem dos péletes sinterizados e da classificação das referidas partículas em um tamanho de partícula variando de malha 30 a malha 150. A invenção também refere-se a um processo de fraturamento hidráulico onde é utilizado um propante abrasivo angular tal como descrito acima.
