Refere-se a presente invenção ao campo técnico da produção de etanol ou álcool etílico, mais especificamente a um processo industrial de produção de álcool etílico de soja, o qual resulta na obtenção em escala industrial de álcool etílico de soja para a produção de combustíveis e outros derivados. Este processo consiste na fermentação do melaço de soja, que é produzido através da extração dos açúcares, gerados a partir do processo de concentração de proteína do farelo de soja.INDUSTRIAL PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF SOY ETHICAL ALCOHOL.
