Abstract

Processo para a fixação dos elementos de um painel composto, em particular da carroceria de um veículo, e respectivo dispositivo. Um processo para a fixação dos elementos de um painel composto, em particular da carroceria de um veículo, o painel composto (10) incluindo pelo menos um esqueleto (12) o qual apresenta ao menos uma cavidade (16), e um painel de revestimento (18) próximos e anteriormente fixados. Entre os bordos (16a) de cada uma das cavidades (16) do esqueleto (12) da superfície interna do painel de revestimento (18) é interposto um adesivo polimérico de tipo semi-estrutural (20). O processo compreende a fase de submeter o painel composto (10) a uma operação de aquecimento localizada em uma zona correspondente ao bordo (16a) do esqueleto (12) com o escopo de levar o relativo adesivo semi-estrutural (20) de uma condição substancialmente fluida de aplicação a uma condição viscosa e pré-polimerizada na qual este exerce ao menos uma ação parcial de união do relativo bordo (16a) da cavidade (16) com o painel de revestimento (18).
